Physical Security Specialist

Purpose of the position: Responsible for the Security, fire and escape project, health and safety, and company physical inventory.

Main Tasks:
  • Health and safety measures periodic check in all facilities.
  • Responsible for the Health and Safety project in all Company buildings / shops.
  • Follow up and coordinate the fire extinguishers distribution and functionality as by contact in all Company premises.
  • Follow up the security measures and issues along with the Security Partner as by contract definitions.
  • Outside working hours distances of Company vehicles report.
  • Transport & Security Approval Forms / PR / MIGO.
  • Asset inventory periodic process (field engagement).
  • Company transport service and all relevant issues back-up.
  • Other duties as per job responsibility.
Education: University Degree.

Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in similar position.

Skills:
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Very good English: written & spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational and time management.
  • Planning and organizing skills with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Available to work overtime when needed.
