Responsibilities :
- Statistical, economical and performance evaluation
- Create and/or develop statistical and analytical reports to monitor the ongoing activities
- Maintaining and creating databases for Data Analysis
Technical Skills :
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MA Access, SQL
- Advanced knowledge of Gsuite (Sheet, Doc, Slides, Calendar, Hang Out etc.)
- Other programming languages such as VBA, Script for Macros in G.Sheets etc.
- Other technical tools for Financial Analysis
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as analyst in contact centers or consulting companies (preferably 1+ year)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and support other group members
- Excellent Time Management
- Excellent Comunication Skills
